Update includes:
ADD :

The release introduces a new Road Weather Driver Alerts endpoint (/roadweather/alerts)
- real-time alert polygons for hazardous road and weather conditions, refreshed every 15 minutes
- coverage across the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand

Per-application usage limits. Each application can now have its own usage limit within the account allowance, and new rate-limit headers show each application’s usage.

FIX:
Time zone data is updated for British Columbia and Alberta, which move to permanent daylight saving time from November 1, 2026.
