Update includes:
MOD - include translation for meteoalarm issued "snow or ice" alert
FIX - ensure format=geojson works for hail/archive
FIX - entire world searches for lightning/threats and hail/threats were returning error
FIX - update hail/archive to proper conversion for imperial units
FIX - minor bug fixes and improvements
DEPRECATE - lightning/archive endpoint - clients migrated to lightning endpoint
