Xweather Lightning Data Upgrade

We are making upgrades to the systems which provide Xweather Lightning Data to customers from the Xweather Lightning Network. These upgrades help with detection efficiency for low-rate storms.

No downtime is expected, this update will gradually roll out through our highly-redundant systems.
